PAYMENT OPTIONS:

Pay through your PayPal account or with your credit or debit card through PayPal without having a PayPal account.

We also accept:

Western Union, MoneyGram, Money Order, Certified or Personal Checks.

RETURN POLICY:

All the items we sell come with an unconditional guarantee! If you are not completely satisfied when you receive your item, please contact us within 3 calendar days and we will refund the purchase price once we receive the item back from you minus shipping, handling, insurance costs, and 10% of the price . Item must be in the same condition as sent in the same packaging and terms.

If you received free shipping, insurance, and handling costs will not be refunded.

Return shipping is at buyers expense and must be returned with the same packaging. Return Shipping should be equivalent in terms and insurance that was sent to customer.

If item is lost, damaged you will be sent a replacement item after investigation will be complete and insurance will be received by www.BuyHummel.com. Shipping has been paid by a buyer.

If item is lost or damaged refunds will not be given. If customer is not satisfied with the item we provide exchange.

Shipping will be paid by a buyer.

Buyer takes full responsibily for providing correct shipping address.

www.BuyHummel.com will not take responsibility for items lost due to the incorrect shipping address provided by a Buyer.

Free Shipping within the United States and Canada.

We will ship internationally and shipping costs will be $20.00 USD.

Late fee (addtitional 5 % from the price) will apply on return items that are not received on time from the date of accepted return shipment.

International buyers add additional $20.00 for shipping in their purchase through Paypal, MoneyGram, Money Order, Western Union.

Each M.I. Hummel figurine is a fine detailed work of art. Although many appreciate the visual aspects of these figurines, most are unaware of the true artistic skills that are used to create these magnificent works of art. There are essentially six steps in creating Hummels: sculpting, molding, casting and assembling, kiln firing, painting, and several in-process inspection checkpoints and a final inspection. It takes several weeks with about 700 hours of production for each M.I. Hummel figurine produced. Each step involves master skills. However, the final result is that a 2D drawing has been transformed into a 3D piece of art for all to cherish.
